Examination Guidelines

Exam Day Guidelines
Arrive at school at least 30 minutes before the exam begins. This gives you time to settle down and relax before the test.


Required Documents:  

 Ensure you carry your admit card, ID card, and any other required documents or materials (e.g., stationery, calculators, etc.) as specified by the school.


Dress Code:

 Follow the school’s dress code during exams. Be neat, tidy, and wear the prescribed uniform.


Use of Stationery:  

 Bring necessary items such as pens, pencils, erasers, a ruler, and a calculator (if allowed). Ensure that all items are within the guidelines set by the school.


Exam Instructions : 

Read the exam instructions carefully before beginning. Follow the guidelines for marking the answer sheet and follow the time allocated for each section.


Respect the Exam Environment: 

Maintain complete silence during the examination. Avoid talking to other students, as this may lead to disqualification.
 

 

 Discipline: 

Maintain the highest level of discipline in the examination hall. Follow all the instructions given by the invigilator or examination supervisor.                                                                                        



No Leave During Exams: 

Leave will not be granted during exams .                                                                                     

 

 Fee Payment: 

The  fee is mandatory for all students and must be paid before the commencement of the examination.                                                                                                                                                                       Early Payment: To avoid delays, parents are advised to pay the fee at least one week before the due date. Payments should be made as soon as the fee notice is issued.
